Malie Woods borders the eastern fields of the daycare. Tropical trees grow in abundance here. There's quite a few streams that babble as they set a course for the ocean. In the mornings, there's always mist clinging to the ground that burns away by noon.

The ghost, dark, and psychic types that seem drawn to this forest seem happy enough with their abode that they don't tend to bother the villagers. The forest floor is cloaked in very dim light, as the tangled canopy soaks up most of the tropical sun.
